Fulton County Judge Rejects Meadows' Request
In a related development, Judge Thomas A. Jones II of the Northern District of Georgia rejected an effort by Meadows to have a federal lawsuit dismissed. Meadows had argued that he was immune from prosecution in Fulton County's investigation into potential election interference.

Meadows was among 18 individuals charged with various crimes in Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis' sweeping investigation. The charges include solicitation of election fraud, conspiracy, and racketeering.
